The Coca-Cola Company came to us with a bold brief. Launch their Ignite Internship on a global level; make it epic and do it in three weeks.

We concepted, shot and launched a hero film, three intern-led cutdowns and a suite of animations in 21 days. The result? Rapid awareness at scale, standout engagement, and over 9,000 apply starts from early talent ready to Ignite their careers.

Launching a global Internship Programme in just 3 weeks

After the success of Ignite in Europe, Coca-Cola wanted to take the programme global.

The ambition was clear: push the brand creatively and position Coca-Cola as best-in-class for early careers driving high-quality applications from ambitious students across the globe.

There was just one catch.

We had three weeks from brief to go-live.

Concept in week one, shoot in week two, edit, launch and optimise in week three.

No pressure.

In just nine days, the US campaign delivered 727,068 impressions and 9,723 clicks, with a 1.71% CTR on awareness and an exceptional 5.49% CTR on consideration, well above the 1.07% Meta benchmark.

Igniting ambition on and off set

The hero film was created to make Ignite feel as iconic as Coca-Cola itself. Working closely with the Coca-Cola Employer Brand and Early Careers team, we developed a narrative-led script around a single line: This is your chance. A monologue designed to stir ambition and position Ignite as the first step into a collection of world-famous brands. 
Collaborating with the Coca-Cola team enabled us to create something true to the brand whilst allowing our partnership to push creative boundaries.

Capturing the moment

Every frame was designed to feel intentional. We used a multi-camera setup to layer texture and pace—anchored in a strong central performance, then cutting to details that built energy and emotion. Alongside the hero, we brought in three real interns. Their cutdowns were deliberately stripped back: less smoke, more studio, more visible mics, and VHS textures. The contrast made the ecosystem feel human. To convert interest into action, we created three bold animations that spotlight discipline areas and Coca-Cola’s global scale, with 200+ brands across 200 countries.

Performance from day one

The top-performing awareness asset delivered a 2.55% CTR, nearly a full percentage point above the next-best performer and comfortably ahead of the benchmark. Instagram led the way, proving the power of sharp hooks and platform-native storytelling. All delivered in 21 days, from blank page to global launch.
