Competing in Bangalore’s tech scene is no small feat. With global names already well-established, Navex needed a strategy that would introduce their employer brand in India, showcase their long-term career benefits, and position them as a destination for top talent.

BRINGING THE EMPLOYER BRAND TO LIFE
To establish Navex as a desirable employer, we developed a visual and cultural identity that bridged their Portland roots with Bangalore’s tech community.
Inspired by Portland’s ‘City of Roses’ and India’s Mandala designs, the branding reflected a fusion of cultures—symbolising growth, opportunity, and innovation. This was brought to life through a multi-phase marketing campaign targeting potential candidates at different stages of engagement.
A STRATEGY BUILT TO CONVERT
We rolled out a phased activation plan designed to introduce, engage, and convert tech professionals into applicants and employees.
Awareness: Targeted ads introduced Navex’s employer brand, highlighting career opportunities and work culture.
Consideration: Messaging became more tailored, focusing on specific career benefits and employee success stories.
Application: Retargeting ads re-engaged interested candidates, driving urgency and action.
Launch Event: ‘Navex Rise’ was a pivotal moment, converting 95% of contractors into full-time employees.
